Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Our fulfillment team works diligently — though we acknowledge they are managed by a third-party logistics provider whose CEO cannot be held personally responsible for any delays.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International expansion is forthcoming.
Estimated Delivery
- United States: 5–14 business days after processing
- Canada: 5–14 business days after processing
Delivery windows are estimates.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking within the processing window above, check your spam folder and then write to us.
Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
If your package arrives damaged, doesn’t arrive, or contains the wrong items, contact us at ecom@omlinson.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Resolution follows our return policy: replacement or refund at our discretion.
Carrier Selection
Carriers are selected by our fulfillment provider. We do not honor carrier preferences and we do not guarantee specific delivery services. We assume no responsibility for delays attributable to carriers, customs, or the downstream effects of executive decisions.
Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. For future international destinations, any customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by us.
