No Returns, No Refunds

We stand behind our products with the same conviction we stand behind our executives: firmly and without hesitation.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Every garment is made to order by our fulfillment partner; once materials are committed, we cannot restock the item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, email us at ecom@omlinson.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on stock availability and the nature of the defect.

Why We Work This Way

Our products are manufactured print-on-demand, not warehoused. This keeps the catalog lean and the overhead honest — but it also means we cannot accept returns for garments that are exactly as ordered.
